The Green
World Awards 2015

Gajah Municipal Council (MPAG), Melaka has won a Green World Environment Award
2015 in the international campaign to find the world’s greenest countries,
companies and communities.
With
500 other nominations in the Green World Awards for Environmental Best Practice,
MPAG received the trophy and certificate at a glittering presentation in
Christchurch, New Zealand on 19th October 2015.
The awards are organized by The Green Organisation, an
international, independent, non-political, non-activist, non-profit environment
group dedicated to recognizing, rewarding and promoting environmental best
practice around the world.
They are supported by the Environment Agency, the Chartered
Institute of Environmental Health, the Chartered Institution for Wastes
Management and other independent bodies.
